FinalBoss Technology was founded with a simple premise: if AI is going to make decisions, someone needs to be able to prove what it did.

Autonomous AI systems make thousands of decisions per second. When something goes wrong, there's no audit trail. No way to prove what happened. No accountability.
We built Juggernaut to fix this. Every AI action generates a cryptographic receipt. Every receipt is chained to the previous one. The chain is immutable. Tamper-evident. Legally defensible.
// The Solution
No Receipt, No Run
Our kernel operates on a deny-by-default model. AI agents cannot execute actions unless they have an authorized receipt. The receipt proves consent, authorization, and intent.
If an agent tries to do something it shouldn't, the kill-switch triggers automatically. The termination is receipted. The audit trail is complete. You can prove exactly what happened and why.
