About FinalBoss Technology

We build governance infrastructure for AI. Our systems verify authority before execution, fail closed when authority is missing or stale, and emit cryptographic receipts that can be verified independently of the runtime.

Why we exist

AI governance today runs on policies, configuration files, and server logs. Policies describe intent. Logs claim what happened. Neither one can prove it.

The gap between policy and proof is where liability lives. When a regulator asks “can you prove this AI action was authorized?” — the answer should be a cryptographic receipt, not a database query.

FinalBoss was built to close that gap. Every governed action produces a tamper-evident receipt. Every receipt is chain-linked. Every chain is independently verifiable. The system fails closed by default — no valid authority means no execution.

Current status

Proven

  • Receipt chain — hash-linked, tamper-evident, Merkle-anchored
  • Equivalence engine — 173/173 tests, drift detection across all bound fields
  • Trust scoring — continuous behavioral scoring, authorization gates
  • Veto registry — fail-closed blocking at agent/tenant/global scope
  • Chain anchoring — Merkle batching with on-chain verification
  • Red team — 117/117 attacks blocked, 82→0 breaches post-hardening

In Production

  • Beacon governance server at beacon.finalbosstech.com
  • Archangel HIPAA scanner at arch.finalbosstech.com
  • CCPA compliance scanner at ccpa.finalbosstech.com
  • IDV system at idv.finalbosstech.com

Patent Protected

  • 35 USPTO filings across consent governance, authority control, and enforcement architecture
  • Patent pending examination
  • Core innovations: consent tokens, epoch revocation, equivalence binding, scalar trust

Abraham Manzano

CEO & Founder

Abraham founded FinalBoss after identifying a structural gap in AI governance: policy can describe what should happen, but policy alone does not stop execution or prove what happened. FinalBoss was built to close that gap mechanically — with cryptographic receipts at the point of action, not retrospective logging after the fact.

Sole inventor on 35 USPTO filings. Built the 7-layer governance architecture from first principles. Pro se patent filer.
